Quickstart

Create a key in your InsuredSpeaks account, then make your first request using cURL or your preferred HTTP client.

Create an API key

Open API keys, sign in, and select Create key. Give your key a name, copy it, and save it in your server's environment or secret store as API_KEY. You can only view the full key when it is created.

Send a GET request to the Policies endpoint with your key in the X-API-Key header.

The API returns JSON. Use Policies for response fields and filtering options. Keep your key on the server; do not embed it in browser code or commit it to source control.
